Please provide overall dimensions, or email us plans you have, noting the conservatory style, ie. regency, victorian, edwardian, lean-to, P-shaped, etc. plus any building works you require, ie. removal or bricking-up of walls, supply and fit new french doors to entrance of where new conservatory will fit. Please notify us of any drains which need removing and any soil vent pipes which are in the way. Do you have a soakaway or does one need to be constructed?
Fascia's and Soffits: You will need to provide the measurements of your property externally, (either in feet or metre's) ie. the metreage of Fascia, Soffit, Guttering, and also specifying the colours of the products you require. Windows and Doors:
For windows please provide the colour, sizes in mm or feet, the amount of openings per window and advise type of dwelling it is for. You will need to measure the frame size of each window and door, brick to brick, noting if there any georgian bars or lead in the glass, and notify us of the colour of the frame, i.e. woodgrain, white, woodgrain outside with white inside, light oak, rosewood, black, etc.... you can provide sizes in millimetres, metres or feet and inches.
